At Quannet Health, we want you to feel informed and supported at every step of your mental health journey. Below are answers to some of the most common questions patients ask.

Getting Started

It’s simple. Click Start Now to book online, fill out our contact form, or call us directly at 646-764-3209. Our care team will guide you through the process.

  • Psychiatry is often best for conditions that may require medication management (such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, or bipolar disorder).
  • Therapy is helpful for emotional support, coping skills, and addressing life challenges.
  • Many patients benefit from combining both psychiatry and therapy for comprehensive care.

Yes. We often recommend integrated care, which allows patients to work with both a psychiatrist and a therapist for the best outcomes.

Bring a list of current medications, past medical history, and any questions or concerns you’d like to discuss. Most importantly, come as you are—we’re here to help, not judge.

At Quannet Health, we comply with all HIPAA guidelines (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 Privacy Rule – HIPAA). Before you begin with your service provider, you will be asked to read these guidelines and will be given the option to sign a “Release of Information” form if you’d like your information shared with an outside agency. None of your information will be disclosed without your consent, and you will have access to all your records.

After confirming your insurance eligibility (or if you’re paying out of pocket), our team will guide you through the process of registering for the patient portal.

Insurance & Costs

Yes. Quannet Health accepts all major insurance plans for mental health services. Our team will verify your benefits before your first appointment so you know exactly what is covered.
